Cody S. Alderson Invites You To Read Expound

I have a Facebook page called Expound. I invite you to read and participate on the page if you have an interest in studying God’s Word the Holy Bible. As you will see in the About page here, I have had a calling on my life for a long time to teach God’s Word.

I do hope that we can all learn together. I learn a little bit more every single day! I have not sent out an Expound  newsletter recently, but I do invite you to sign up for the next one coming out. Thank you for your patience.

I am making a personal request to those who believe in Jesus as their Savior to pray for my voice so that I may be able to speak for long periods of time again. If it be God’s Will, I would like to teach in that way too. I have a problem with my throat that causes bad pain from speaking. Sometimes I can only speak for about five minutes or less before the pain starts.

Thank You,

  1. I really appreciate the encouragement, especially what you said about being in your mid forties and making such a change in your life. I’m 47 and wonder about all of the different things happening now. I do not know why my voice fails me in minutes most of the time. However, I do trust that God’s will most absolutely will be fulfilled!

Thank you for the words of encouragement. They truly are helpful. God bless you my brother in Christ!

  2. Cody, I did not know you were a strong believer in Christ, only a gifted writer. Sir it is admirable that you feel the call and desire to want to speak the word with your voice, but you do have a strong and anointed voice in your writing. The written word is what lives and remains after we pass. People for generations after you and I are gone will read the words that you have written.
I have followed your writings for a couple of years now and they have been a wealth of knowledge and inspiration for me. I was raised in the Christian faith, educated in bible college and served many years in formal ministry. I moved into Police service and the National Guard because it combined physical challenges with some of my foundational principles of faith. This was difficult for me because of my age, mid 40’s.
I see that you are doing something similar, expanding your area of influence and preparing to do something that can be very difficult for you. Maybe having a tough time speaking with your voice is why you became such a good writer. Maybe God is testing you for some reason. Either way he seems to test and challenge those he can trust to do his work faithfully.
Godspeed brother, be encouraged and of good cheer knowing he makes a way for those he called.
    Just one of your fans
